The two goals of phase 3 are:
- To build the capacity of Bamba community to be able to manage their own development activities and sustain the impacts of what is achieved though accessing both external and locally available resources, and
- To empower communities living within Ganze Division in Coast Region through the development of sustainable livelihoods.
